The service

Rich SA Houses is a property advertising marketplace. We are not an estate agency, do not act as agent or intermediary in any transaction, and are not a party to any sale or lease concluded between buyers, sellers and agencies. Property transactions are conducted directly with the listing agency.

Listings

Listing information is provided by estate agencies and property professionals. While listings are reviewed before publication, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or availability of any listing. Prices and availability may change without notice. Buyers should verify all information independently before transacting.

Agency accounts

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content they submit, for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, and for holding any registrations required to market property in South Africa (including PPRA Fidelity Fund certificates). We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rich SA Houses shall not be liable for any loss arising from use of the service or reliance on listing content.
