Rich SA Houses ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. When an agency registers we collect business contact details and login credentials. We also collect standard technical data such as pages visited, for the purpose of improving the service.

How we use it

Enquiry details are shared with the estate agency marketing the property you enquired about, so they can respond to you. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may contact you about your enquiry or, with your consent, with relevant property updates.

Storage and security

Personal information is stored on secured infrastructure. Passwords are stored in hashed form only. We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to facilitate the introduction and as required by law.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us at privacy@richsahouses.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
